A GUARANTEED LATE CHECK-OUT: To check out later than 11 am, please book an extra night after your stay so we can keep the flat available for you.
UNAUTHORISED LATE CHECK-OUT / CHECK-IN Standard check-in is from 3 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. An extra night will be charged for early arrivals or late departures not agreed in advance.
PARTIES / GATHERING No parties will be tolerated, and an extra £500 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.

BABY COT / HIGH CHAIR: We can provide a baby travel cot (also known as a 'pack and play') upon request.
Please note that this service is available for a surcharge and requires at least 48 hours' notice. However, it's important to keep in mind that the travel cot comes with a thin mattress, and we follow the Lullaby Trust's advice not to add any extra mattress or padding for safety reasons.
