Cozy 35 m2 studio in the heart of Madrid, next to 3 metro lines in less than 5 minutes. It is an independent open space for your only one, which shares a common entrance to another home. Also, we welcome your furry friends - pets allowed!
With everything you need to have a pleasant stay and be able to disconnect and enjoy with family or as a couple, in this equipped space you will feel at home.

As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:

- A living area where you can find:
--> A rest area with sofa and TV
--> An equipped kitchen

- A room open to the living room and separated by a curtain with a double bed

- A bathroom with shower

It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.

- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years of age.
- It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
- Failure to provide the requested information prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
