Podere Montevalle's Casa Colonica

Spacious and peaceful, surrounded by nature. Podere Montevalle’s Casa Colonica features two large bedrooms and a generously sized living area. Recently renovated with a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, it’s a fantastic base for exploring the provinces of Parma, Piacenza, and Cremona, as well as the nearby art cities and medieval villages.



The Space:

Casa Colonica is a 120-square-metre apartment on the raised ground floor, with spacious rooms, modern finishes, and a classic touch of our countryside and Italian tradition.



The kitchen features an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and full tableware for 6 guests.



The living area, open-plan and adjacent to the kitchen, has a sofa bed (converts to a double bed) and a desk for smart-working.



The bedrooms have modern beds and mattresses, with antique finishes and vintage furniture. Both are very spacious and can comfortably accommodate a travel cot or an extra bed. The double bedroom also has a desk, while the twin bedroom has a sofa.



Outside, a courtyard area lined with planters hosts a rustic wooden dining table; under the adjacent canopy, a wicker lounge set is available for relaxing.



The entire apartment and outdoor areas are covered by Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

You have exclusive access to the entire house (living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, entrance, storage room, and laundry area). Access is based on your reservation: you may use the bedrooms and bathrooms according to the number of guests agreed upon at booking.



You’re welcome to use the outdoor dining table for meals or remote work.



## Restricted Areas and Safety Precautions



The agricultural areas of Podere Montevalle are off-limits to guests for safety reasons.

The horses and other farm areas are separated, but for your safety:

- Always supervise children when outdoors.

- Do not approach the farm areas or horse enclosures.



Other Things to Note:

For environmental reasons and to ensure responsible energy use, the maximum set temperature for heating is 22°C, while the minimum set temperature for air-conditioning in summer is 24°C.

The system is designed to provide optimal comfort while supporting sustainability.
