- Entry access instructions were not clear or communicated in a timely way. - The Building is being renovated, major internal and external works, and is currently not appropriate for letting.(This was NOT communicated to myself)There are damp issues with the building, leaks (bucket outside of flat as water ingress is coming through light fittings, lights are on, and I had to empty the bucket on 4 occasions myself), and the lift is out of service (I was on the 5th floor, loud de-humidyfiers are on every floor).- The timer for the Heating in the flat was showing incorrect time, there was no way to boost the heating, flat was cold, and the flat had NO INSTRUCTIONS.- The bath water was warm not hot, see above. - Periodically dirty water back filled and gurgled into the bath- Right to 'quiet enjoyment' breached by workmen on a ramp working during the day directly outside the flat, able to look into all windows, bedroom, sitting room, and their work was noisy and industrialYesterday I got back at 11.00 p.m and tried to use the oven for the first time. The oven was obviously caked in dirt, and smoke immediately filled the room, setting off all smoke alarms. This would of disturbed neighbours. This was an obvious Health and Safety hazard. I notice there was a serious fire in the building a few years ago.Re visitors, Council Officials knocked unexpectedly on my door asking to inspect the flat, damp, and I cooperated.
