The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests, with two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a single bed—plus a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate an additional 2 guests. The living area is bright and cosy, complete with a TV and space to relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, and the bathroom features a modern walk-in electric shower. All areas are private for your exclusive use.



Please note, the property is located on the 2nd floor and is only accessible by stairs.



Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.



Public on-street paid parking is available nearby (approx. £6/hour via Ringo or similar apps) and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.



Excellent bus connections nearby make it easy to reach Edinburgh’s top attractions, including Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, the Royal Mile, Arthur’s Seat, Calton Hill, and Holyrood Palace. Or take a relaxing stroll through Leith Links or along the scenic Water of Leith walkway.
