Modern build two bed apartment located in the quiet village of Great Gonerby with great access to the A1 and all major local routes.
The two bedrooms are located either side of the Jack and Jill bathroom. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower as well as a toilet, a sink and a heated towel rail.
Once you ascend the stairs you arrive at the living area which consists of a lounge and kitchen dining space. The fully fitted kitchen has an integral oven, grill and hob with a large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a microwave, kettle and toaster as we prefer to give you all the comforts of home when visiting the area.
This charming newly built apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to four guests.
The master bedroom boasts a double bed, perfect for restful nights, while the second bedroom offers a versatile twin setup, ideal for friends or family members.
