Silverlake is a luxury private estate nested within an extensive nature reserve, near the world-renowned Jurassic Coast is West Dorset. Adventure awaits at Silverlake with a communal heated infinity pool, a spa, gym, roof bar, water sports, cycling trails, tennis, table tennis, woodland walks and forest playgrounds all available on site.
Longwall Cottage is the perfect property for you to enjoy all that Silverlake and Dorset have to offer. From stunning lakeside views, exploring on-site nature trails or snuggling by the fire under a blanket, this house is the perfect lakeside hideaway for a relaxing break.
Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool, gym and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.
Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizzas and tapas. Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.
This property is wonderfully welcoming with an open plan living and dining area. An ultra-modern kitchen with all mod-cons provides you with all you need to enjoy your luxury self-catering holiday. There is a cosy living area where you can relax in front of the log burner or take in the views of the lake, while outside the property has a decked area and grassed lawn leading to the water's edge and private jetty. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with an en-suite and balcony overlooking the water, a second, double bedroom and a third twin room. Completing the accommodation is the family bathroom.
There is a driveway by the side of the house for parking, additional visitor spaces can be found in the centre of Overton Island.
Essentials for your first night such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.
Access to the spa and outdoor heated swimming pool included, 2 spa passes will be in the property upon arrival (contact the Spa directly for opening times). 01305 819909
Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
This property is subject to a £500 refundable damage deposit.
