Overton Island 24 is the perfect lakeside hideaway for any couple or group of friends with a cosy log burner and lakeside views.
This property is brand new to the Habitat Escapes portfolio at Silverlake! It’s the perfect property for you to enjoy all that Dorset and Silverlake have to offer. From experiencing stunning lakeside views, exploring on-site nature trails, or snuggling by the fire under a blanket, Silverlake has something for everyone. The estate has a variety of activities to keep everyone entertained come rain or shine, including kayaking, paddle-boarding, cycling, swimming and playing tennis. Guests can also enjoy access to Silverlake’s luxury Hurricane Spa, sauna and poolside bar, making it a perfect relaxing spa holiday.

Accommodation
This property is wonderfully welcoming with an open plan living and dining area. An ultra-modern kitchen with all the mod-cons provides you with all you need to enjoy your luxury self-catering holiday. There is a cosy living area where you can relax in front of the log burner or look out onto the lake. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with an en-suite and balcony overlooking the water, a second, double bedroom and a third twin room. Completing the accommodation is the family bathroom.
Outside, the property has a decked area and grassed lawn leading to the water's edge and private jetty. There is a driveway by the side of the house for parking, additional visitor spaces can be found in the centre of Overton Island.

Good to know
Essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided, if you suffer from allergies please contact the office for further information.

To hire bikes or water activity equipment for your holiday please book through the Activity Hub.

Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at the time of booking. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.

This property is subject to a £500 refundable damage deposit.

Overton Island is the latest exciting addition to Silverlake and Habitat Escapes, with most properties enjoying direct lake-side views. There are still properties and areas of the island and Estate that are undergoing construction, so whilst Overton Island 24 is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery and workers on, or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the Habitat Escapes Team.
