There is a Lounge/Bedroom, Kitchen & Bathroom with its own private entrance and an outdoor sun spot. It is so quiet and very green and tree lined that you can hear the birds singing.

Perfect for those who want to escape standard hotels or who are longing for a well-earned break for a few days or longer to be on their own and who want to explore all that North Yorkshire has to offer and then to rest and chill. It has been specifically designed to be cosy and comfortable with that ‘home away from home' feeling.

Set in a beautiful small village with the prettiest countryside and many villages on the doorstep as you turn left out of the property and cities and towns and the A19 and A1 motorways when you turn right. So much to see and do i.e. The North York Moors with many lovely pubs and eateries, The Dales including Whitby and Scarborough. Durham & It’s famous Cathedral, Lindisfarne, Richmond Castle, High Force, Hadrians Wall, Great Ayton, Roseberry Topping, Newcastle, Northumberland. Visit Beamish, Stokesley, Helmsley, and many more pretty villages. The nearest beaches are at Seaton Carew, Marske and Saltburn by the Sea.

Just around the corner is The Stainton Inn for drinks, Lingfield Farm, The Posthouse & The Manor House are close by for food and drinks. The Gables will be re-opening shortly.

Coulby Newham Shopping Centre is a few minutes away with a McDonalds, Burger King, large Tesco with cash machines, an Aldi and B&M. There is also a leisure centre & Bannatynes Health & Fitness Centre.

Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, large fridge, new washing machine, new microwave, new crockery & glasses, new cookware, an iron and ironing board.

Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cooking oil, sauces and condiments will be provided.

The bathroom has a bath and shower. Shower gel, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer and a make-up mirror will be provided.

All bedding, towels, crockery & glasses will be provided.

As a special welcome, a bottle of chilled Prosecco and Chocolate will be waiting for you to enhance your experience.

There is parking both on and off road at the side of the property, which is in a small very quiet cul-de-sac.
