Welcome travellers! Are you ready to have an experience of a lifetime during your stay in Gozo ?! Our apartment offers everything you need for a unique adventure on this enchanting island!
As you step inside, you're greeted by a spacious living area, tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The dining area provides the ideal setting for enjoying delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the amenities you need.

Living Spaces| Unwind in the spacious living room, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Sink into the plush sofa and enjoy entertainment on the TV, or simply bask in the natural light streaming in through the windows.
Outdoor | Step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy the quiet street atmosphere from the apartment. It is equipped with furniture so you can relax and enjoy while you take your morning coffee or evening drink.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen has everything you need for short and also extended stays.
Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. for over and above 4 guests, we can prepare the sofabed to accommodate another 2 guests , taking up 6 people in total.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machine, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
