The first-floor bedrooms offer sea views and access to furnished balconies. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), ensuring comfort throughout the year.



The villa has four bathrooms, three with showers and one with a bathtub.



The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrated with the living and dining area. The living room is spacious and welcoming, with a double sofa bed, television, and indoor dining area, perfect for relaxing and socializing.
