This beautiful 120m² apartment is perfectly located close to many of the city's top attractions, as well as shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines.
The living room is a comfortable and inviting space, featuring a cosy sofa, a TV for your entertainment, and a dining table for shared meals. Multiple windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the room, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.
The apartment has four bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, a TV, and ample wardrobe space. All beds are made up with hotel-quality linens to ensure a comfortable and restful night's sleep.
The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing all the essentials you need to refresh and relax.
To ensure your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay.

Foz is one of the most beautiful areas in Porto. The promenades here are never-ending, extending into the horizon as a treasure trove of fantastic restaurants. The beachside avenue (Avenida do Brasil) is one of the most fashionable addresses in Port. This area is perfect for a stroll beside the sea, or to rent a bike and ride along the coastal cycle path. Parque da Cidade is worth a visit, here you can appreciate the nature and have a picnic.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The bus STOP (500) that goes downtown is just 4 minutes walk.
The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
