As others have said, this condo is very well appointed and taken care of. It definitely feels like a home, not just a basic rental at the beach. The area around is nice, beach is good. (We were here in off-season.)It was clean and comfortable - everything worked properly. Beds were comfy (we loved the soft mattresses, but if that isn't your thing, just beware of that). They give starter of hand soap, paper towels, bathroom tissue, dishwashing soap (sink and dishwasher), and garbage bags. That was a nice touch as many don't provide all of that these days.Kitchen is stocked for basic cooking (bring anything you might need beyond very basics though). Keurig-style coffee with some choices already stocked for use.The only down side has nothing to do with the hosts, and just a note for future renters. The building is a small wood-frame building. Unlike the large cement high rise buildings, you will hear everything below/above you. And the worst, the balcony is just wood boards, so you can hear everything said by those below/above you on their balcony. Also, if any of the other residents smoke, you can forget opening your doors on nice weather days. Obviously not a problem in summer when doors are closed for a/c, but was a definite disappointment for us while we were there as we had heavy smokers below us. Again, NOT the fault of the condo owner, just the way the building was made.Overall, I would strongly consider this condo as a return option, even with the down sides.
