Diese flache Einheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern befindet sich in North Myrtle Beach, im zweiten Stock des Windy Village. Der windige Hügelabschnitt ist ein ruhiger Familienstrand.

Das Wohnzimmer mit der spektakulären Aussicht auf das Meer verfügt über einen 40-Zoll-Smart-Flachbildfernseher, DVD, Videorecorder mit Kabelanschluss und Schlafsofa. Neuer Smartcore-Boden, Kaffeetisch, Beistelltische und Stuhl.

Der Balkon verfügt über neue Adirondack-Hochstühle, damit Sie den herrlichen Blick auf den Strand genießen können, und eine Balkongeländer für zusätzliche Mahlzeiten. Die zweite Etage bietet einen viel besseren Blick auf den Strand.

Neue Geräte in Küche und Granit. Keramikfliesenboden in Küche, Flur, Waschküche und beiden Bädern. Die Waschküche hat eine eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein neues Kingsize-Bett, einen 26-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, einen DVD-Player mit Kabelanschluss, einen neuen Smartcore-Boden, neue Vorhänge, ein eigenes Bad und einen privaten Blick auf den Strand. Neue Granitplatte im Hauptbad.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, einen 20-Zoll-Fernseher mit Kabel- und DVD-Player, neue Vorhänge und neuen Smartcore-Boden. Es gibt ein Rollbett im Schrank.

Look no further for your next rental in Windy Hill ... Well maintained and stocked. Amazing view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Covered parking available. Easy check in and check out procedures. Convenient to Barefoot Landing and many great local restaurants. Thank you to Kenny & Barbara for being such excellent hosts. Overall this was a great experience. The host was extremely communicative as the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The location is exceptional, right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The unit itself was plenty spacious for us and packed with everything we could have needed. This condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need. Kitchen was very well stocked with a good many baking dishes and pans; washer and dryer are full-sized and do a great job (better than ours at home!), each bathroom had handsoap and a hair dryer! The view was just as the pictures show. There were several beach chairs, what looked like a cooler we didn't use, and some beach toys, etc., also didn't use.My autistic grandson was in this group staying (6 people) and seemed to love being in the bathtub with the sliding door!

The perfect view

Ideal location and property for friends or family of 4. Condo had all the needs including beach items. The most important thing for us was the view and it was perfect. Listening to the ocean waves was peaceful, restful, and once down the stairs you are ‘on the beach’!

As others have said, this condo is very well appointed and taken care of. It definitely feels like a home, not just a basic rental at the beach. The area around is nice, beach is good. (We were here in off-season.)It was clean and comfortable - everything worked properly. Beds were comfy (we loved the soft mattresses, but if that isn't your thing, just beware of that). They give starter of hand soap, paper towels, bathroom tissue, dishwashing soap (sink and dishwasher), and garbage bags. That was a nice touch as many don't provide all of that these days.Kitchen is stocked for basic cooking (bring anything you might need beyond very basics though). Keurig-style coffee with some choices already stocked for use.The only down side has nothing to do with the hosts, and just a note for future renters. The building is a small wood-frame building. Unlike the large cement high rise buildings, you will hear everything below/above you. And the worst, the balcony is just wood boards, so you can hear everything said by those below/above you on their balcony. Also, if any of the other residents smoke, you can forget opening your doors on nice weather days. Obviously not a problem in summer when doors are closed for a/c, but was a definite disappointment for us while we were there as we had heavy smokers below us. Again, NOT the fault of the condo owner, just the way the building was made.Overall, I would strongly consider this condo as a return option, even with the down sides.

Quiet Beach Vacation

The condo was in a great location close to Barefoot Landing. It was a small building and very quiet, which we enjoyed. The ocean view from the unit was gorgeous. The unit was very updated and clean. It was small, cozy, and very comfortable. I loved the newer appliances and the full-size washer and dryer. We would stay there again because of the ocean view, cute decor, and the very reasonable price.

My wife Barbara and I have 3 children, son Tyler--daughter Ashley (Matt) and son Andrew (Abby). We have three grandchildren, Hunter 10, Colton 7, Fisher 3, and Reagan 6 months. We live in Mount Airy N.C. ( Mayberry -- Andy Griffith's home town ) We enjoy trips to the North Myrtle Beach 2 or 3 times a year. I have 2 careers, automotive sales at a GM and Subaru dealership in Mount Airy NC and I am also a insurance agent licensed in NC, SC, and Virginia.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

My wife and I searched for a condo in North Myrtle Beach for over a year. We looked at several condo's, some in the larger buildings but we decided that a small building like this seemed more like a home. In the large buildings I felt like I was in a big motel. I enjoy just walking in and seeing the ocean right in front of me or sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the waves and the beautiful sunsets.

One of the benefits of the Windy Hill section is the low amount of traffic in the area. This section is blocked off so the only traffic is people that are staying in this area. Barefoot Landing is nearby along with other restaurants. A lot of the owner's in this building don't rent so there is less traffic and normally plenty of parking. I hope that you enjoy this condo as much as I did when I first saw it.
