Villetta Girasole is located just 100 meters from the sea and the beautiful Capilungo promenade, in Salento, between Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli—an ideal area for relaxation or for engaging in sports activities.

The property features a large garden with a double veranda, fully fenced.
It consists of three bedrooms: two air-conditioned double rooms with televisions, and one twin room. Additionally, an air conditioner in the hallway ensures an ideal temperature throughout the house during the night.

There are two bathrooms available: one indoors with a shower box and bidet, and one practical outdoor bathroom (without a shower box), perfect for when returning from the beach.

The indoor kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking area, television, and refrigerator. There's also an outdoor kitchen with an oven—perfect for enjoying meals outside.
The back of the property includes a barbecue and a fireplace.

A washing machine is also available.

For check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM: extra charge of €100.00

For early check-outs, upon request and subject to approval, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM: extra charge of €30.00
