Formerly arranged as a four-bedroom property, the layout has been carefully updated to enhance both sleeping accommodation and lifestyle space, while retaining generous proportions throughout.



Set moments from one of South London’s most popular green spaces, the home combines multiple living areas, modern finishes, and private outdoor space in a well-connected residential setting.

• Bedroom 5 with double bed, created as part of the recent renovation (formerly the TV room)

• Dedicated gym room, added during the refurbishment
