The eclectic one bedroom flat with one and a half bathrooms is perfectly equipped to be a home away from home during your stay. The charm of this flat is evident with the living room boasting a traditional bay window, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater to any culinary needs. The bedroom is situated on the ground floor, with a cloakroom for your convenience, while the main bathroom is located upstairs.



Guest Access:

The apartment utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire apartment at all times during their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy your stay in one of London’s most sought after places to live, Kensington offers a mix of classic Victorian style houses and luxury properties. There is no shortage of activities in the area, spend the morning exploring the Natural History Museum, Kensington palace and the afternoon relaxing in Hyde Park or watching a show in the most iconic venue, The Royal Albert Hall. Kensington High street is just a stone’s throw away from the apartment, with a variety of bars, coffee shops and restaurants to choose from.



Getting Around:

The apartment is located a less than 10 minute walk from both High Street Kensington underground station and bus stops, linking you easily with the rest of London. Additionally, there is the option of Uber and taxi services.



Other Things to Note:

The property is currently for sale. This means occasional viewings may take place during your stay. A member of our cleaning team will tidy the property on the morning of any scheduled viewing, and we will always provide advance notice. Viewings typically last no more than 10 minutes.

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property

• Please respect designated quiet hours

• Parties are not allowed

• Guests are required to complete a pre check-in form prior to arrival and accept the terms of our rental agreement.

• Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Any check-in after 8pm requires an in-person check-in with our out-of-hours agent and incurs an additional fee.
