Location was excellent. Right in the middle of everything, but off the noisy streets. Apartment was as listed on-line. Communication was great and made the process so easy.

The listing for this property includes the phrase "walk to all" and that is so accurate! We loved being in the heart of downtown Inverness with walking distance to the castle, the shops and the city overall. It was a great hub for exploration. The apartment is comfortable and well-stocked and the host is incredibly responsive--Donald answered not only logistical questions within a few hours, but also provided recommendations for things to do around the area. I would definitely stay here again. There is one area that I would like to suggest for the host and give as a caution for people thinking about booking: the listing is not explicit about potential access barriers. My husband and I are active 50-somethings who love hiking and the outdoors, and even we were pretty challenged by the multiple flights of stairs leading up to the apartment. If that was in the listing, we totally missed it and we were just glad that our knees and hips are still going strong. This place also has a challenging shower/tub unit that could present problems for people with mobility issues. I think it is important to be upfront about those things so people know what they are walking into. Other than that, simply fabulous.

Location was excellent for walking, site seeing, pubs & restaurants, etc. It was clean & secure. Bed was comfy. Appeared as advertised. Available umbrella was a nice touch. Pantry was very modestly stocked with tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar & tin foil & that was all i.e. no oil/cooking spray, etc. Hosts were not terribly responsive. We did not get access instructions until 5:00 pm which was an hour after agreed upon check in time & after 2 contact attempts from us made through the app. Additionally, we did not have a hair dryer, shampoo or body wash ( all of which were advertised as included) and we did not receive a response from the hosts when we drew this to their attention.

Good location in the city. The views were not great, but the flat was nicely done and comfortable. As with many places in Scotland, there are no lifts, so be aware of what level the unit is on and how many stairs you will need to carry your bags up. We would recommend this flat for the location in the city.

This is nicely appointed apartment in the center of Inverness within walking distance of many of the attractions. It is also a fairly short ride to Culloden battlefield. The only thing that I wish was listed in the apartment description is that the apartment is on the 4th floor (57 steps) and is quite a long drag for suitcases. This could be very hard on older persons.
