My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this area. This property was a pleasure to stay in and well located for our visit. We explored from Tellico Village to the Smokey Mountains National Park to Knoxville, including the campus of the University of Tennesse. This was a great vacation for us.

Very dated condo. NOT luxurious as advertised. Stuck in 1990"s. Front balcony overlooks parking lot. In back you have a 10 X 10 concrete pad with limited view. and 2 metal chairs. BEWARE: The hot tub and swimming pool are at the public wellness center, not within the condo development or at the condo (hot tub). It IS disclosed in the listing but I missed it. The carpet leading upstiars is original and dirty. The ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator are out of order or maybe not even supplied with water. Also note that if you want to play pickleball on the courts near the wellness center you must be "evaluated", which is can only be done on the second and fourth Monday each month. Overall I am not certain this condo would even satisfy a group of golfers. Finally, you are nowhere near the water. The host was very accessible. The place was quiet.

Thank you for the detailed review and for noting that we were easy to reach. We appreciate the feedback on the 1990s-style finishes, please know in 2017 we remodeled the entire townhome and purchase brand new furniture. Although the exterior of all the townhomes in Chota View were built in the 1990s. The condition of the upstairs carpet, and the non-working ice maker/water dispenser—we’ll address those. The pool and hot tub are at the nearby public wellness center (as described in the listing), and the unit does sit back from the water with a parking-lot-facing front balcony and a small concrete patio. To help offset the fact that the hot tub isn’t private to the property, the owner purchased guest passes for you so you could enjoy the wellness center amenities at no charge. We hope you were able to take advantage of those. We’re sorry the overall experience didn’t match what you were looking for, and we hope the quiet setting was still restful.
