This stylish apartment is located on the top floor of a period property/apartment building located near central Croydon.
Open plan living room/kitchen area The main living space is a large open plan space with sofa, coffee table, TV cabinet with TV
The kitchen is well equipped with both large and small appliances, including; small fridge-with one shelf freezer compartment, electric hob and oven and a washing machine. For smaller appliances, guests can make use of the microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and air-fryer.
Shower room Opposite the kitchen area is the shower room with shower cubicle, WC and sink. There are some small shelves for guests to store toiletries.
Bedroom The bedroom is at a slightly higher level than the living room and guests will climb just a couple of steps to reach this area. The space features a Double-sized (UK) bed, for a restful night's sleep, with bedside tables and table lamp as well as a ceiling lamp. There is a clothes rail with a small amount of shelving for guest belongings. Within the bedroom is also a desk and a desk chair for guests choosing to work or study during their stay.
There is a Smart TV available (please note that Guest's own (personal) log ins are required for Netflix and other Apps).
Whether guests are visiting Croydon for business or leisure, the apartment provides a perfect base! with modern amenities, convenient transport links and comfortable living space for up to 2 guests!
Cleaning and Linen The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and one shower towel for the stay.
Good to know There should be some complimentary tea bags and instant coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a small convenience store just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
Guests can enjoy exclusive use of the entire apartment throughout the stay, facilitated by remote self-check-in for flexible arrivals from 4 pm. Our property management company, Pass the Keys®, offers 24/7 guest support for any assistance you may require before, during, or after your stay.

No dining table/chairs There are no dining table or chairs to use while eating at the apartment. Meals will need to be eaten on the coffee table. Please use coasters to protect this coffee table.
Parking/Driving The house is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers. There is limited payable parking on local adjoining roads. Guests should follow road signs for instructions and payment details.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
