The guest ready team were fast in responding to messages and in helping us extend our stay due to a cancelled flight at the start of our vacation. The rooms were quite comfortable. The location ideal for exploring hikes on the western side of the island.

We stayed here for 10 days and had an amazing experience. The home is beautiful, and the view is absolutely stunning—you'll never get tired of looking out over the scenery. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The only thing we found missing was a few food storage containers for leftovers, but that was a very minor inconvenience. The house was spotless when we arrived, and it was clear that it is very well cared for. The ping pong table was a huge hit with our group, with everyone from ages 16 to 75 getting in on the fun! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting São Miguel.

The property itself is very lovely. We got there early evening and the house was very cold. They have two electric heaters to heat a very large space. They also had a fireplace but no wood that we could find the first evening. After finding it the next morning we were able to heat it enough to keep it comfortable . The kitchen cupboards had a very musty smell to them but it was very spacious and had a great view of ocean out the front windows.

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Ausstattung hat alles geboten, was das Herz begehrt. Gastgeber haben wir nicht gesehen. Kommunikation erfolgte digital. Es war 2 mal der Strom weg, weil bei gleichzeitigem Betrieb der Mikrowelle dem Herd mit Backofen und dem Wasserkocher die Hauptsicherung auslöste. Zum Glück haben wir sie am Eingangstor gefunden und wieder aktiviert. Ansonsten war alles perfekt. Wir waren 6 Personen und kamen mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern gut zurecht.
