Everything about this property was amazing! So much space for our family of five to spend a week at, with the best location in Kaanapali.Great communication with the host during our stay for questions we had. Overall a fantastic experience for our vacation!

Our family of six stayed for a week and had a wonderful time! The property was beautiful, and the view was absolutely the best. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to sleep and still gather for family game nights. We made some great memories here and would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The view from the 11th floor was spectacular; seeing the morning paddleboarders and boats on the ocean was so peaceful and calming. The condo had plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and well stocked bathroom and laundry room amenities. We really appreciated that the kitchen included appliances like a rice maker and plenty of tableware.

Absolutely outstanding view and location right on Kaanapali beach. Unit was spacious and well appointed. Very clean and well-maintained inside. We enjoyed the pool area and beach, which were nice for a condo building. Other amenities on the property were also a plus - easy parking and an awesome gym facility. The unit (and indeed the buildings) were a bit dated and the there was constant building work being done while we were on the property, which was only mildly disruptive. One night we had no water in the building and the halls were often filled with workers. Note that it was off-season. All in all, communication about the improvements was timely and plentiful and the work limited to strict day hours where we were mostly out of the unit. Check in - we arrived early - around 2PM (check in is at 4) and we were told the room was not ready yet. We explored around and returned around 3:55. Told again that they were not allowed to release the room until 4. This honestly seemed a bit ridiculous, waiting around until it was the stroke of 4 so we could get our room keys. I appreciate and expect a bit more flexibility from hosts and properties. Absent these minor annoyances, we enjoyed our stay very much. I would absolutely put this unit on your short list if you are coming to this part of Maui.

Ideal location for a family vacation

Kaanapali Alli was the ideal location for our family vacation. Great beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. Also, the Alii has very nice amenities.

Loved everything about our stay at Kaanapali Alii. Beds were super comfy, view was outstanding, everything we needed. Loved the location. Beach was great and easy walk to Whalers for food, drinks and shopping.

The view was amazing. The space great for families. Place was clean. TV’s didn’t work. Repairman came but didn’t speak English. Never fixed them. Not enough cooking utensils and the ones provided were old. Not enough plastic cups to take to the pool or out on the patio. Half a roll of paper towels and none extra. It would have been fine except we had another unit in the same complex that had so much extra including ice chests, chairs, beach umbrella and boogie boards. Not to mention lots of plates, silverware, plastic dishes that we didn’t have to run the dishwasher all the time. If we rebook, we would go with the other unit.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the TVs during your stay. We were having trouble with the wifi signal to that condo, specifically the bedrooms. After multiple appointments with our cable service we are happy to share that they replaced the cable lines running to our unit on the 11th floor and wifi and TVs are now working properly. We also appreciate your comments regarding kitchen supplies. Based on your feedback, we have restocked and updated the kitchen to better serve future guests. Regarding beach equipment and accessories, these are not items we advertise to provide. Guests often leave behind beach items in good condition and our housekeeping team is happy to leave those for future guests to enjoy. Because these items come and go, availability can vary from stay to stay. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We truly appreciate it as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.
