Its location near the coast Gallipoli-Santa Maria di Leuca, allows reaching in a short time the beautiful city of Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto and Lecce. With only 5 minutes driving you can also reach the most famous beaches of Salento.
Each apartment has two bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and an outdoor area or a balcony equipped with table and chairs.
The living area consists of dining areas fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, gas oven, refrigerator, table, TV, air conditioning, sofa…
The sleeping area is composed of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
In the building there is also a well-furnished laundry for shared use.
