The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, a double, and twin with one single and pull-out trundle bed, serviced by a ground-floor shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is a wrap-around garden with lawn, patio seating areas and pond, along with off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog up to the size of a fully grown Labrador is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Only a 20min car journey from the picturesque seaside town of Lyme Regis. You'll find a shop in 2 miles, pub in 2.6 miles, lake 1.2 miles.
