Bed linen and towels included in rent. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin, serviced by a bathroom. You'll find a shop in 2.8 miles, pub in 2.3 miles, and river in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with patio and furniture and off-road parking. Sorry, no smoking. The Cheviot Goat pub is located on site and is available to guests subject to seasonal opening hours. Use of the swimming pool and sauna is available for an additional charge and must be arranged directly with the owners prior to arrival.
From 1 April 2026 pool access is charged at £42 per adult per week with shorter stays charged on a pro-rata basis.
Children under the age of 14 are not charged for pool use
The swimming pool is unsupervised and used at guests’ own risk
Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and lone swimming is not permitted for anyone under 18
