On the ground floor you will find a king size master bedroom and a double bedroom, a large family bathroom with bath and separate shower enclosure, and also separate cloakroom with w/c and basin.
Upstairs, take a few steps around to the right and you will come to the third bedroom, a beautiful twin bedroom, ascend left and you come to the large living room, with its apex beamed ceiling, comfortable seating, dining area, and separate kitchen.

Meadow cottage is beautifully furnished and decorated with your comfort and relaxation in mind, in a mix of contemporary and classic styles, and is everything you need for a perfect holiday in Cornwall.

Outside of the cottage you will find your private garden leading to a 5 acre meadow, with round wooden picnic table and private parking for two cars.

Our local village is warm and welcoming, situated on the Fowey estuary, you are blessed with a lovely children's play area, opportunities for kayaking and paddle boarding and a family friendly pub serving great food. Within 10 minutes you can be at the beach, walking through the beautiful streets of Fowey or hitting the coast paths. Venture just a short distance further and you have Charlestown, The Eden Project, Mevagissey, Polperro, Looe, The Lost gardens of Heligan and much more.

Our location is perfect for a day out almost anywhere in Cornwall, you can reach most popular destinations within an hour (traffic dependant) or if you would rather just relax, we can assure you a peaceful retreat right here within our 14 acre estate.
