Coopers Way is a charming and spacious four-bedroom detached home, designed with families and groups in mind. This inviting property offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury – an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Sussex countryside and coastline. Inside the property features a 6 person steam room in the family bathroom.
The spacious living room is the heart of the home, complete with an electric fireplace, plush seating, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The large, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine in comfort, from family breakfasts to hearty evening meals. Appliances include a refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of cookware, with a dining area that seats everyone comfortably.
Upstairs, the house comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. It features two stylish double bedrooms, one of which enjoys the added privacy of a modern en-suite bathroom. There are also two cozy bunk-bed rooms, perfect for children or younger guests, making Coopers Way a brilliant choice for multi-generational holidays or family getaways. One of the bunk beds are 2 double beds. Fresh linens and towels are provided, and each room is thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful stay.
A standout feature of Coopers Way is the family bathroom, which offers a luxurious surprise – a 6-person steam room, ideal for unwinding and recharging. Whether you're looking to relax after a long walk or simply indulge in a little pampering, the sauna adds a spa-like touch to your vacation experience.
Step into the sunroom, a bright and sunny space overlooking the generous yard. This is the perfect spot for morning coffee, an afternoon read, or evening drinks while the kids play outside. The yard provides a secure and spacious area for families to enjoy al fresco meals cooked on the grill or just relax in the fresh air. Inside of the sunroom there is a relaxing massage chair for your use.
Located in the heart of East Sussex, Hailsham is a historic market town with a relaxed pace of life and a friendly community feel. The town offers a great selection of independent stores, cafes, and traditional pubs, as well as beautiful countryside walks and bike routes on your doorstep. Just a short drive away, you'll find the South Downs National Park, the coast at Eastbourne, and heritage sites like Herstmonceux Castle and the historic town of Lewes. Whether you're seeking adventure, history, or relaxation, Hailsham is an ideal base to explore the best of Sussex.
Coopers Way offers private driveway parking for two vehicles, with plenty of additional on-street parking available for guests or visitors. There is an EV charger that will be charged at an additional charge of $0.60 per kw used. At the end of your stay you will be charged for the amount used.
Up to 2 small well-behaved dogs are allowed during your stay.
This property is ideally suited for families, unfortunately we are unable to accept workers, and please be aware no bachelor/bachelorette parties and no parties are permitted.
