The accommodation opens onto a lovely living area furnished with a double sofa bed, dining table and kitchen equipped with microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and overlooking a small inner courtyard, shared with other units. A bathroom with bidet and walk-in shower completes the layout.

Amenities such as free wi-fi, washing machine and air conditioning are available to guests.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area around Syracuse offer everything you could desire. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, named after the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a free beach called Cala Rossa. Venturing further south, about 30 km, we find beautiful unspoiled and rugged beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek Theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauties as well as its scenic beauty, are a must-see. Not to be missed is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the fishing village of Marzamemi.
