This property is managed by Larihome in the name and on behalf of the owner, Moralli Davide, by virtue of a mandate with representation.



Casa Davide is an apartment located on the first floor of a house with a large private garden, where you can relax without any of disturb.



It is located in Gravedona, and in less than 500 meters you can reach the lakefront and all the services you need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, landing stage, petrol station).



You can choose whether to spend your holiday always exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, staying in the garden or on the terrace, admiring the view!



The garden is very large, and half is reserved for you! You will have a pergola with table and BBQ at your complete disposal.



The accommodation has a comoplete kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and electric kettle; Furthermore, during the summer you can have lunch and dinner directly in the garden or on the terrace!



To complete the living area we find a dining table, two sofas and a TV.



The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a bunk bed.



The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink, bathtub and shower.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.



The house does not have a private parking space, but just 10 meters away there are several free public parkings.
