The property is located within a residential complex, just a 7-minute walk from the Via Lido seafront and 2.4 km from the Port of Alghero. The area is served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy.

The 75 sqm accommodation is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access it). Please note that there is a step to access the double room.

The internal space is composed as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with dining table, 32 TV, split A/C and access to the terrace;

- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, moka, oven, kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds, bridge wardrobe, split A/C, access to the balcony;

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and toilet;

- TERRACE with awning, table and chairs;

- LAUNDRY ROOM with washing machine;

- TENNIS COURT.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent entrance, heating provided ONLY via split A/C, air conditioning via split (in the living room and bedrooms), washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, bike parking in the condominium courtyard.

PLEASE NOTE:

- No WIFI;

- The fireplace is NOT USABLE;

- Raised shower box;

- Access to the condominium tennis court is by reservation and for a fee. Available from June to September.

- Quiet hours: 22.00-8.00.

Guests will have full access to all the areas of the house, and there are no shared spaces.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the town of Alghero equal to EUR 1.00 or 0.50 cent, depending on the season.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26 ºC for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature should not exceed 19 ºC. The ignition period and the daily ignition time depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.

Alghero Climatic Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.

N.B. complete the registration and pay the Tourist Tax is REQUIRED to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 10 pm.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

In case of not agreed use of extra linen, € 20 will be charged for each used linen kit.

The accommodation is located in a strategic position between the historic center of the city and the beaches. In fact, the historic center can be reached on foot with a pleasant walk that runs alongside the seafront in about 35 minutes. The beaches, however, are just a 4-minute walk away.

The property is located in an area served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.

Alghero station is just a 12-minute walk from the property, capable of connecting the tourist city to the city of Sassari.

Alghero is the most characteristic tourist center on the western coast of Northern Sardinia, characterized by solitary inlets and small bays with white sand beaches on an emerald green sea.

The historic center is one of the most interesting and fascinating in Sardinia and for those arriving in Alghero it is an obligatory stop.

The city beach is the large beach of Lido San Giovanni but to reach all the other numerous and beautiful beaches you need to head north - beyond Lido di San Giovanni - in the direction of the hamlet of Fertilia, where the beautiful dunes of Maria are located Pia.

Continuing further north towards Porto Conte, you can reach Bombarde beach and Lazzaretto beach, the latter characterized by the famous tower (1600) and beautiful coves with crystal-clear water.

- From Alghero Airport (connected all year round with numerous national and international destinations), it is possible to reach the apartment by bus (ALFA line), up to the Alghero Via Don Minzoni Incr.via Fleming stop, a just 4 minutes walk from the apartment. Alternatively, you can reach the accommodation by taxi in approximately 11 minutes (7.6 km).

- From Alghero station it is possible to reach the property in just 12 minutes on foot (850 metres).

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for free on the street (NOT guaranteed).
