Villa il Rondò is characterized by a garden of about 250 m2, very well-kept and enriched with terracotta vases, flowers and majestic cypress trees, a gazebo equipped for outdoor dining with table, chairs and portable barbecue. Positioned just below, we find the rectangular in-ground swimming pool with Roman steps, measuring 4x8 meters with a depth varying from 1.20 to 1.60 meters, furnished with 5 sun loungers, 5 deckchairs, outdoor shower and various trees for shade. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. About 40 m from the house, within the property, there are parking spaces for several cars, one of which is covered.Interiors
The villa (approximately 480 m2 on three levels) was born from the restoration of an ancient stone-built house, done in respect of the rustic Tuscan architecture. All the electrical and water systems were installed recently. On the ground floor, the main entrance opens onto a living room with a lounge on the left with outdoor access, billiard table, poker table, a fireplace, sofas and armchairs. To the right of the entrance is the dining room, capable of welcoming the entire group, with a charming panoramic arched window, and a well-equipped kitchen. In a passage area between these last rooms there is a second fridge with freezer, a small room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor the air conditioning is only provided in the dining room, but from here it is easy to cool the other communicating rooms.
In front of the entrance, a flight of stairs entirely made of wood with 14 steps leads to the first floor, where we find 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, 1 single bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, a living room with access to the porch, from which an external stone staircase of 12 steps leads down to the garden. From the living room, equipped with satellite TV and a fireplace, a wooden staircase of 16 steps leads to the second floor. Here there is 1 bedrooms with two beds (beds can be joined), 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The entire first and second floors are equipped with air conditioning.

Location
Villa Il Rondò, surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees, dominates the green hills of the Valdichiana. The location allows guests to enjoy a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside, to take nice walks in the property's land (about 1 hectare), to immerse themselves in nature and to spend the holidays in tranquility and relaxation.
