Duplex features:



-At the foot of the street we find the entrance of the premises where we can find a private parking space. From there we went up a flight of stairs until we reached the duplex.



- On the first floor we find a large bright living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen. This dining room leads out to a spectacular terrace with sea views.

It also has a suite room with a double bed, a second room with twin bunk beds, and another full bathroom.



-On the top floor of the duplex, we find a full bathroom, an open-plan room with a sliding door and a double bed and two single beds. This room has a large fully equipped terrace, also with views of the wonderful Roc de Sant Gaità beach.

The accommodation is completely exclusive for guests. They will not share any area with anyone else.





The accommodation is inside an enclosure, with a parking area, with a space reserved for this apartment.



One set of sheets per bed and one set of towels are provided for each guest at the beginning of the stay. If you want to change sheets and/or towels during your stay you can request it as an additional service and it has an extra cost.



Cleaning is not included during the stay. If you want additional cleaning during your stay you can request it as an additional service and it has an extra cost.



The coffee maker is a Nespresso capsule.



Both before and during your stay you can ask me everything you need.

Anything you need prior to your arrival, do not hesitate to ask me, and it will be a pleasure to answer any questions you may have.

Once you arrive at the accommodation I will be there personally to greet you, show you around the house and how everything works.

I will also be able to advise them on places to visit, restaurants to eat, popular festivals in the area, supermarkets where to shop,... and anything else they need.

If you need my help during your stay, it will be a pleasure to assist you.



Other important details



Guests are responsible for taking good care of the property during their stay and undertake to deliver it in the same condition in which the accommodation and its equipment were found, except for appliance repairs or reasonable wear and tear on the property.

If there are any defects in the house, please let us know immediately and we will try to fix it as soon as possible.



Guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but they must leave the house in good condition, the kitchen tidy and the garbage in the bins on the street, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.



CHECK-IN



The check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00. All arrivals between 21:00 and 23:59 will have a surcharge of 50€. Arrivals after 24 hours must be notified in advance and will have an additional charge as the case may be.



The person responsible for the check-in will wait in the house to hand over the keys and will explain the operation of the facilities. If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.



The loss of the keys will have a supplement of 75€ for each game and 100€ for the parking control.



IMPORTANT: If, due to the guest's forgetfulness or negligence, a locksmith has to be called in order to open the door of the property, the expenses will be charged to the guest.
