Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

The bedroom features a comfortable UK double bed (190cm x 135cm) with built-in storage and black-out blinds. The living room includes a sofa-bed with a camper-style mattress (180cm x 115cm) that can accommodate two people, though it's most comfortable for one. Please request the sofa-bed to be set up when making your booking if you'd like to use this sleeping option.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and a bath with overhead shower. Towels are provided, along with a small welcome offering of toiletries that include shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, and toilet roll.

Kitchen & Dining

The semi-open-plan kitchen and living area features a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine (with dryer). You'll also find a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, in addition to basic kitchenware and dishes. A 4-seater dining table is located in the living area, perfect for family meals or relaxed dining.

Central heating keeps you warm during cooler months. Portable fan is provided for the warmer months. Enjoy complimentary WiFi throughout the apartment, along with a TV for entertainment. Important Information

Please note there is no lift in the building, so you'll need to climb approximately 15 steps to reach the apartment. The apartment is located directly above the local fish & chips shop on the street level. The smell of fish & chips will radiate from the shop-floor and so can be smelt from within the apartment and communal hallway of the building. I provide an air purifier and odour absorbing bags to help combat the smell (which does help), but this is something guests should be aware of in case they are particularly fussy about smell.
