The spacious living area includes a plush corner sofa for all guests, a 65” Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and entertainment setup. Bedrooms
Villa Terra offers 4 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, three of them with ensuite bathrooms, high-quality mattresses, and direct access to terraces or outdoor spaces with stunning mountain views.

Master Bedroom:
Featuring a Queen-size bed , closet, 43” Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and access to a balcony with unobstructed views of the White Mountains.

Bedroom One:
A Queen-size bed with direct access to the pool area, 43” Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom — ideal for families or couples with children.

Bedroom Two:
Features a Queen-size bed and direct access to the pool area, offering a bright and tranquil atmosphere. Equipped with a 43” Smart TV and located just steps away from a private bathroom situated directly opposite the room.

Bedroom Three:
A Queen-size bed, 43” Smart TV, closet, ensuite with shower, and access to the balcony with mountain views.

Each bathroom is equipped with elegant walk-in showers and luxury toiletries for your comfort.

Outdoors:

Set within a private 2,000 sq.m. estate, Villa Terra boasts 400 sq.m. of total space — including 180 sq.m. of elegantly designed interiors — and a meticulously landscaped outdoor area that invites you to indulge in open-air luxury, complete privacy, and stunning natural surroundings.

A private, 100 sq.m. heated swimming pool, 1.50 m deep with step access, invites you to relax while enjoying panoramic views of the White Mountains and the surrounding landscape. Pool heating is available upon request with an additional daily charge (please note that heating requires at least one week's advance notice and applies for the entire stay).

The pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers, side tables, a poolside shower, and umbrellas, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing time under the Cretan sun.

A barbecue area under a shaded pergola features an electric grill, ideal for preparing and enjoying delicious outdoor meals.

A shaded dining area comfortably seats 8 guests, making it perfect for gathering with family or friends.
