Our apartment is a non-smoking area. If you wish to smoke, please use the balcony. Kindly keep the apartment clean as your own home (a cleaning fee will apply for excessively dirty apartments).

2. TOWEL POLICY:

- Short-term stays (under 7 days):
We provide 1 set of cotton towels (please use properly; a surcharge equal to the towel’s value will apply for overly dirty towels).

- Long-term stays (8 days or more):
For hygiene and health reasons, we provide disposable compressed towels ✨

Each guest will receive 2 sets of compressed towels.

You can buy your own cotton towels; if you're unable to, please contact us for assistance.

3. CLEANING POLICY

1. For stays from 4–7 days, the apartment will be cleaned once for free upon request.

2. For stays of 8 days or more, the apartment will be cleaned once per week.

We will provide extra cleaning supplies if needed 😊

Laundry note: 🧺
- Please do not wash bed linens using the apartment's washing machine.
- We recommend using a professional laundry service to maintain the quality and color of the items.
- If needed, contact us and we will help arrange laundry service for you.
- Any damage or discoloration will need to be compensated based on actual value.

Guests staying 7 days or more will receive free one-way airport pickup

4. ELECTRICITY & WATER

1. Room rates from day 8 to day 21 do not include electricity charges.
Tap water is free of charge.

2. For stays of 22 days or more, electricity and water will be charged based on actual usage.

* 3,000 VND/kWh of electricity
* 20,000 VND/m³ of water
