Family friendly home - Ideal location for the town and beach

Welcome to Sea Rocket Whitby, a stylish and inviting home from home in a lovingly restored period property. Located in a quiet residential area, moments from the train station and Whitby's town centre. Right on the doorstep you'll find the dramatic landscapes of The North York Moors National Park and the soothing sea views of Yorkshire's three Heritage Coasts, where you can hunt for ancient fossils, surf or lounge on a sweeping beach listening to the waves.
The space
Ideal for up to 6 guests, with two king size rooms and a twin, this is a great home for families with children of all ages.

The location is perfect, being close to all amenities but also providing a peaceful escape from the crowds.
You can see the Abbey headland and sea from the top floor.

The ground floor is principally a light filled, open plan living, dining and kitchen space. Ideal for relaxing between adventures and planning the next one. The living room has a smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and a selection of board games. The kitchen has you covered for cooking up the fresh produce you can find locally, though the area has amazing restaurants of all kinds, we'd be happy to recommend some if you let us know what you're into.

Sleeping arrangements are over two floors,. To the first floor there are king size and twin rooms, to the third is another king size, creating a space comfortable for six guests.

The house is covered by fast WiFi and there's a desk on the top floor.

If you're bringing little ones, we have you covered with a travel cot, baby bath, high chair and children's cutlery. There is also selection of children's toys and books to keep them entertained. Just let us know in advance so we can leave it all out for you.

One small to medium sized dog is welcome, just let us know in advance and please keep them off the sofa and beds. We have a dog bed and bowls available, just let us know you need them and we'll leave them out and ready for you.

The whole property is yours for the duration of your stay.

The property has several fireplaces, please don't light fires, the chimneys are blocked.
