The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a second versatile room suitable for two or three guests; both rooms are air-conditioned, making the house perfect even for larger families. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower box.
Outside, a spacious veranda invites you to relax with a private hot tub, while the garden, well maintained and secluded, is ideal for enjoying a barbecue, thanks to the grill provided. Essential amenities such as air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi connection, TV, washing machine, and a private parking space within the property are all included.

N.B.: The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels, breakfast supplies for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking, check-in/check-out.

For check-ins from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM: extra fee of €50.00;


For check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM: extra fee of €100.00.


For early check-outs, upon customer request and subject to approval, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM: extra fee of €30.00. .
