There’s plenty to do in Swansea and plenty of reasons for you to stay here while you’re doing them. This 4 bed house is a bright and attractive space that will make up to 8 guests feel right at home. And its location means staying here brings you close to the Swansea city centre and the business district, not to mention some of Swansea's famous Beaches.
Planning a trip to Swansea? Whether your visit is for leisure or work purposes, why struggle to get rooms for you all in a Swansea hotel or B&B? You can all stay here and enjoy private space together and live much like you would at home.
This beautifully presented 3 bedroom house is designed to make you feel relaxed the moment you step inside. Kick off your shoes and kick back, maybe to watch something on the wall-mounted 40-inch flat screen TV with Freeview. But don’t save it for mealtimes.
Adjacent to the lounge is the kitchen, and it’s a really smart space that has all the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern home, so you can cook your own meals on nights you’re not eating out or getting a takeaway in.
Now what of the sleeping arrangements? There are four bedrooms, one with a double and single, one with two singles, one with one single and one with one double, ideal for colleagues or families with kids, or a group of friends. All the beds are presented in a style that’s designed to impress, and there is storage space in the rooms for your luggage. And when you need to unwind after a busy day or get ready for more great times in Swansea, the family bathroom is a bright and modern room with a tub with shower over as well as the essential wash basin and WC.

You’ll no doubt do some research about the Swansea area ahead of your visit. And pretty much anywhere you need to get to is easily accessed from this 3 bed house. The property is just a short walk from the heart of Swansea, plenty of restaurants and fantastic shopping.
Also within easy reach are:
The Liberty Stadium – home of Swansea FC and venue for all kinds of other events.
Swansea Town Centre – go here to shop, to meet and eat, or whatever.
Mumbles Seaside Village – a real must-see
Swansea LC Waterpark- fun fun fun for everyone
Swansea Marina – a beautiful spot by the sea
Swansea Grand Theatre – why not take in a show while you’re in town?
Swansea is close to the M4 motorway which stretches across Wales and England all the way to London. So we’re easy to reach by car, and with parking available close to the house, driving here is a popular option. But you can see the area using buses, or walk or cycle and take in the atmosphere of Swansea. Or you could always order a cab. The railway station isn’t far away either, just 6 minutes walking distance and it’s from here that you can catch train services north to Manchester and east to London, as well as many other destinations.
There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house. There are no CCTV cameras in any other locations throughout the property.
No smoking is permitted inside the house.
Not suitable for pets. Sorry.
No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.
