Stella Marina is a lovely apartment for rent by the sea in Nardò, in the central square of Santa Caterina, a stone`s throw from the small harbor beach.
The vacation home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, mosquito net and electric oven.

The interior consists of living room with open kitchen, sofa and TV, 1 quad room with two double beds, one of which is on the loft, and 1 full shower room.
At the back of the house is an uncovered courtyard, furnished with table and chairs, for outdoor dining.
The typical star vaults with exposed stones make the house very cozy.

The vacation home Stella Marina is located in Santa Caterina, among the most beautiful seaside resorts of the Ionian coast of Salento, in the territory of Nardò.
The apartment is located right in the marina`s small square, overlooked by bars, ice cream parlors and clubs.
The marina beach is practically opposite, while the small sandy beach with an equipped lido is about 100 meters away. There are also several lidos on the accessible cliffs.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 9pm) and check-out (from 7 am to 9am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 9pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The apartment is located in the small square of Santa Caterina in Nardò where in the summer it is the center of nightlife, with the possibility of concerts, loud music and events in the square just 40 meters from the structure.
- The second double bed is on the mezzanine.
