Hello dear friends, welcome to my home.
Palaio Faliro is a coastal area just 20 minutes by bus from the center of Athens,Acropolis, Parthenon,Plaka and all the famous museums. It is an area for those who want to be close to the center but also want to have the sea at their feet.
Entering the apartment you will find the Kitchen which is fully equipped with all the necessary.

A very rare thing at Athenian houses is the heating but our home has super heating and you can turn it on whenever you want to!!

At your left there are 2 bedrooms with one double bed each one that has anatomic mattress dimensions 1.60*2.00.
The one bedroom has kids toys and books that you are more than welcome to use you and our little friends.

The living room all in one with the kitchen has a smart tv 55'(internet, Netflix access for FREE) and the sofa that when you take out the pillows can sleep one person from the one side and one from the other.

Next to the house there is the biggest playground of Athens with lot's of facilities for kid's. A paradise for our little friends. The center of Athens is just 20' minutes by bus and tram takes you there direct. The brand new opera of Athens is just five minutes by car or taxi. The area is the ideal location for those who want to be next to the center but don't want to miss the opportunity to en joy the sea and the sun. Also ideal for families.
