Please adhere to the following house rules to ensure a pleasant
experience for everyone.
1. Quiet Hours:
◦ Please respect quiet hours from 15:30 to 17:30 and from
22:00 to 07:00. During these times, we ask that all noise
levels are kept to a minimum.
2. Guests and Parties:
◦ You are welcome to invite guests and organise parties,
but please ensure that quiet hours are observed.
3. Smoking Policy:
◦ Smoking is not permitted indoors. However, you may
smoke on the balcony, terrace, and in the gardens.
Please be mindful of fire safety.
4. Fire Safety:
◦ Always exercise caution to prevent fire hazards. Dispose
of smoking materials properly and ensure any flames are
fully extinguished.
5. Security Deposit:
◦ A security deposit will be charged via pre-authorisation.
This amount will be fully released after your departure,
provided there are no damages to the property.
6. Property Damage:
◦ In the event of any damage to the property or its
equipment, you will be charged the cost of repair or
replacement.
7. Respect the Property:
◦ Treat the house as if it were your own. Please respect the
natural surroundings and adhere to safety guidelines.
8. Safety Precautions:
◦ Do not jump from the balcony to the pool or walk on the
edges of the patio. Ensure children are supervised at all
times.
