As soon as you access the welcoming indoor spaces, you will find a bright living room and dining area seamlessly connect to the terrace through expansive glass panels. The villa consists of three bedrooms, including two double bedrooms with walk-in closets and private bathrooms, and an additional bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom with a shower. The annex instead consists of a living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom with bathroom. All rooms feature air-conditioning, heat pumps, and Wi-Fi internet. Entertainment is at your fingertips with two televisions, and practical amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, American coffee and espresso machine, ice-maker, and a Barbecue.

The property shares its space with another villa, each boasting a private pool, terraces, and exclusive gardens. Rental rules
Minimum stay 5 nights, changeover day flexible; 7 nights from 20/06/26 to 28/08/26 (from from 18/07/26 to 22/08/26 arrival day Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 50.
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, heating, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, midweek cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
Tourist tax: 1.50 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights, to pay at booking.
Pets not allowed.
No smoking property.

The swimming pool is open all year round.
