"Sunset Villa

Located on the sought after complex 'Sunset Villas' in the heart of Pernera resort. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The villa has everything to accommodate you for an enjoyable and memorable stay.
Due to Sunset Villa normally getting booked by my regulars direct, I am still waiting for my first booking on here to get a review.

The space
The villa accommodates up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms, or up to 5 persons using the camp bed or sofa bed.
The ground-floor is an open plan design, with kitchen, dining area and lounge. Both the dining area and lounge have patio doors leading out onto the outside dining area and pool/sunbathing area.
There is a ground-floor WC with washing machine.
Upstairs is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony.
A twin bedroom with balcony.
Family bathroom with shower over bath.

Outside is a private pool 6m x 3m, not overlooked like alot of villas that are in the centre of the resort.
Sunbeds, floats, gas BBQ provided.

Guest access
Gated car parking space included.

Other things to note
Please note, this villa is self catering. A starter pack of 2 x toilet rolls, hand soap, 1 x scourer, 1 x dishcloth, tea, coffee, water, sugar and milk will be provided. Previous guests may leave cleaning products for you to use but if anything is not there you need you will have to purchase yourselves at the local Supermarkets.
