You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.

Check-in/Check-out:
Standard Hours: Check-in is from 3 pm onwards, and check-out is by 11 am. Need a different time? Let us know in advance—availability and a small fee apply.
Be Punctual: Please check out on time! Our cleaners arrive promptly at 11 am, and their schedule is tight. An additional £20 per half-hour will apply for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.
Keys:
Returning Keys: The day before check-out, you’ll receive instructions on where to leave the keys. It's super important to follow these instructions to avoid delays. A £50 fine applies if they’re not followed.
Lost Keys: If you misplace the keys, a £50 call-out fee applies, and replacing locks costs £100. Please keep them safe!
Parking:
Parking Options: While there’s no parking space directly with the property, there are plenty of cost-effective options nearby:
RingGo: For pay-as-you-go on-street parking.
Parkopedia & JustPark: Local residents offer parking spaces at great rates.
Zip Car Users: Please note, parking is not included in Zip Car’s charges, so you’ll need to arrange this separately.
Family Facilities:
Travel Cot Rental: We offer a travel cot for £40, including drop-off and pick-up. Please bring your own bedding - I do not provide bedding due to allergies.
High Chair: Need a high chair too? It’s just £45 for both the cot and chair.
Smoking:
Strictly No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. A £200 fine applies for smoke elimination.
Additional Guests:
No Extra Guests: Please ensure only the booked guests stay over—no parties or loud music either. We respect our neighbours, and a £250 fine applies for violations.
Lost Property:
Double-Check Before You Go: If anything is left behind, a third-party service will handle the shipping, with a minimum charge of £25 plus shipping costs.
Linen Policy for Extended Stays
For stays over 21 nights, our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days.
You can choose between:
Fresh Linen Supply – A new set of bed linen and towels delivered, with used ones collected.
Linen Rehire – Keep the current set, which will be collected for cleaning after departure.
Both options are available at the same cost.
Property Management:
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and we guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
