In a separated room the fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave dish washing machine and all useful appliances.

Spread on the ground floor and the first floor the 3 elegant junior suites and a bridal suite (70mq).
All the bedroom has double bed 180cm ,and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, hydro massage shower and a dressing room. It’s also available a frigo bar, air conditioning, the safe box, satellite TV, radio and a private terrace with armchairs to admire the pool area and the garden.

This is the ideal place for the hiking lovers, to enjoy the nature and the views thanks to the several routes available, about 20 minute drive the Alcanda golf.

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
