The house was beautiful and very spacious for our book club of 7. Location was excellent and was in walking distance of so much of historical Savannah. Beds were very comfortable the house was very clean. When we needed something it was addressed right away. It should be noted that most of the bedrooms are up some fairly steep stairs. Carrying luggage up was not for the weak. All in all we had a great stay in a lovely home.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful spacious home. One thing that I would express is that two of the bedrooms are part of a house that requires outside entry to the main house. Be sure that you can climb LOTS of steps.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Plenty of room and very clean and organized. Parking on the street was not a problem as we had a smaller car that fit in the garage and a large SUV. Great location and very comfortable place that we shared with our adult children.

Lovely home in a great location. The garden apartment was perfect for people who needed less navigation of stairs. The upstairs house was a great gathering place for a whole gang. All the bedrooms there are on the second or third floor. The room with the single beds has a ceiling that slants down towards the head of the beds. Originally, we had two boys assigned there. However, their height (6’ 1” and 6’ 4”) made that difficult for them because they would hit their head on the ceiling. No great issue, we just had to do a little reassigning. Overall, wonderful experIence!

This house was our home away from home. So welcoming and warm. Beautifully appointed with nothing left for want. The home is perfectly located with in walking distance to all that downtown has to offer daytime and night life. For the sake of knowledge for future renters, it’s important to share that despite the private indoor parking garage, there’s only space for one small vehicle. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home with cozy courtyards in a historic and beautiful neighborhood. Great location with easy walk ability to restaurants and parks. We would definitely stay here again!

We felt so welcomed from the moment we entered this beautiful home. The home was beautifully updated and in the most convenient location! We could walk everywhere! The kitchen was well equipped for our 10 person Thanksgiving dinner. The round dining table was ideal for dinner and games later . Each guest had their own space.

Elegance and Comfort

Great home for group of friends to connect in Savannah. The home was so well equipped for our group of 7 adults, great location in the historic district to access everything but off the path of multitudes of tourists so it was quiet and felt like home away from home but UPGRADED!

Beautiful home - good location- safe neighborhood! It was too cold to enjoy the outside - the hot water is touchy and takes a few minutes to heat up- dryer takes a very long time to dry clothes - check-in and check out process very convenient-

The best of the best!

We had 11 people staying with us in this beautiful and so incredibly comfortable home for our friends wedding! It was perfect for what we needed and provided a safe space for the grandparents and kids (in the garden apartment) also having the upstairs for the bridal party to live and sleep too! The home was gorgeous, inviting, warm, and parking and the location was easy and perfect! We loved everything about this house!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best girls weekend we have ever had. The house was large enough for each of the eight people to have their own room and space yet the main floor gathering area was beautifully appointed and a very relaxing place to hang out when we were at the house. The house was located in an area that made it possible for us to walk to most of our destinations. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The square we were near was a gorgeous place to walk. We used the kitchen a little bit, but it was large enough to accommodate family cooking and lots of refrigerator space. Our Instacart delivery was quick and easy. We did not have to contact management for any problems in the home.

The host was very welcoming when the front door wouldn't open and the codes were incorrect. They came immediately to fix the bed. The inside of the house was very nice and clean. There are a lot of stairs. The outside private courtyard was a mess and didn't look like the pictures. There was mildew on the furniture and the outdoor kitchen was gross. The was a door off its hinges laying on the concrete.

8 of us on girls weekend. House is in a great location to walk to everything. Felt completely safe in the neighborhood. Large round table for chatting and eating. Bathroom on every level. Could use a little more seating in living room given the number of people the property sleeps. Super easy to communicate with owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

This was a beautiful home and the location was excellent. Comfortable beds but be aware that the "master" bed is super tall- you have to either jump up into it or climb up using the bad frame (there are other bedrooms if this is a problem for you) We had some issues with the heating (we were there during a cold spell) and the management company was very responsive and sent someone out right away. Quiet street but still convenient.

Great Location and Spacious Home

We stayed at the house with 8 family members so all of us had more than enough room. The house is in a perfect location to the river shops/bars and downtown. Very quite neighborhood and beautiful area. I would recommend staying this home with a good of 8+ anytime. There is 2 units in this house so if you use both units you have to go outside to go back and forth between, that would be the only downside to the home.
