This property has 3 floors (180m2 total), each with its own separate entrance. Layout of the property is:
Ground floor:
1 bedroom, 1 guest toilet and laundry room. ( 1 double bed (180cm) and 1 sofa bed)
Upper floor:
3 bedrooms, 1 guest toilet and 1 bathroom. (3 double beds (180 cm) and 1 sofa)
Top floor:
1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. (1 double bed and 1 sofa.)
Each floor is a standalone unit with separate access, meaning that parts of your group can have privacy, if needed.
Property is on a distance of only 25 minutes to Split. Trogir is 8 minutes away. Nearest Market is "Studenac", 400 meters away. Closest Cafe and Restaurant are just 1 minute away.
This is one of the rare properties with optical fibre internet speed of 200 mbps, ideal for digital nomads and WFH.
Other things to note
We know, plans can change. We aim to be flexible. If you cancel, despite the default cancellation policy, we give a 50% refund, with the possibility of a higher refund or a voucher for future use.
Due to bad past experience with young large groups of friends, such groups are not accepted if they are under 21 years old. This holiday home is more suited for families, couples, business trips.
Arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) should be on the weekends, depending on the month. If you have a different arrangement in mind, message us before to check, we are flexible!
