Cosy Cottage in a prime location - Little Penty is a charming and surprising spacious terraced Fisherman's cottage in the heart of Padstow Old Town, a short walk from the quay but tucked away in a courtyard. The cottage is full of character and despite its convenient central location within the town is surprisingly quiet and secluded.

Entrance to Alma Place direct from 'Foodie Heaven' Middle Street.

Open plan Kitchen/Living Dining Room

Cosy living area with two seater sofas and two armchairs, Smart TV, CD/Radio player DVD player and electric log burner effect fire. Book case stocked with books to read and swap and board games for guest use.

Dining Area with table and stools

Galley style Kitchen – equipped with all that’s required for a self catering stay, including electric oven with hob, microwave, small George Foreman electric grill, toaster. Please note this area is slightly raised and may have restricted height for guests over 6ft tall.

Hall has stairs leading to the first floor.

First Floor.

Bedroom 1 - double room with wardrobe and chest of drawers and Window overlooking front garden patio area.

Bedroom 2 - twin room with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers and Roof light.

Family Shower Room : with WC, wash hand basin and bath for showers only with electric shower over.(no bath taps) Heated towel rail.

Bedding: : Duvets, Pillows and Bed linen supplied, please bring your own towels, these can be hired locally, details available on request.

Outside: Private enclosed front patio area with garden table and chairs.

Electricity and Night Storage Heating included in Rental.

Changeover Day - Saturday.

Pets: Maximum 2 pets of small/medium size are accepted with pet fee at Little Penty

Mrs W - Padstow is beautiful, went to the beach most days. Lovely meals and atmosphere. Days out to Bude, Rock, Lands end so we got a great flavour of what Cornwall is all about. Love the Cottage.
