Das erste Mal in einem Mietprogramm seit Ć¼ber einem Jahrzehnt - dieses Haus ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Haus der zweiten Reihe, aber mit einem leeren Los Ć¼ber der StraƟe hat dieses Haus vollen Meerblick. Privater FuƟweg zum Strand - und dieser Teil des Strandes ist zwischen zwei ƶffentlichen ZugƤngen und ist daher weniger Ć¼berfĆ¼llt und privater. Zwei Wohnzimmer mit GroƟbild-TV und DVD-Player. Stereo. Holzkamin. Vier Schlafzimmer, drei BƤder plus AuƟendusche. Die KĆ¼che hat einen groƟen KĆ¼hlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Backofen, Gasherd, Mikrowelle / Backofen und GeschirrspĆ¼ler. Full-Size-Waschmaschine und Trockner im Hauswirtschaftsraum. Zwei abgeschirmte Veranden - eine mit SchaukelstĆ¼hlen mit Blick auf den Ozean und die andere mit einem Outdoor-Essbereich. Great appliances, beds were comfy, HUGE living space upstairs and loads of screened in porch area. The view is fantastic and the private walk to the beach was a big plus. Our area of the beach was not crowded at all. We would love to come visit this property again! (We also really like renting with this rental agency - they are super courteous and helpful.
