Das erste Mal in einem Mietprogramm seit über einem Jahrzehnt - dieses Haus ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Haus der zweiten Reihe, aber mit einem leeren Los über der Straße hat dieses Haus vollen Meerblick. Privater Fußweg zum Strand - und dieser Teil des Strandes ist zwischen zwei öffentlichen Zugängen und ist daher weniger überfüllt und privater. Zwei Wohnzimmer mit Großbild-TV und DVD-Player. Stereo. Holzkamin. Vier Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder plus Außendusche. Die Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Backofen, Gasherd, Mikrowelle / Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Full-Size-Waschmaschine und Trockner im Hauswirtschaftsraum. Zwei abgeschirmte Veranden - eine mit Schaukelstühlen mit Blick auf den Ozean und die andere mit einem Outdoor-Essbereich. Hängematte auf der Veranda. Tischtennisplatte unter dem Haus. Grill. Rampe bietet Zugang zum ersten Stock. Platz für bis zu sechs Autos unter dem Haus - bei Regen werden Sie nicht nass! Abschließbarer Abstellraum für Golfclubs usw.

This is one of the best properties we have ever rented. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, lots of space for everyone The weather wasn’t great but the property sure was!

Thank you so much for your review. Unfortunately beds in vacation rentals can sometimes have the Goldilocks syndrome. Some people like hard beds and some people like soft bed so we apologize if you do not like the bed. The owner also does not have a TV in the master because that is their personal preference. In the future you can always ask for a noise machine and we would be more than happy to bring a noise machine over to plug-in in the bedroom to maybe help you sleep better. Some owners have their personal pets in their homes but do not allow guests to bring their own pets - the one of many perks of owning a beach house. Great appliances, beds were comfy, HUGE living space upstairs and loads of screened in porch area. The view is fantastic and the private walk to the beach was a big plus. Our area of the beach was not crowded at all. We would love to come visit this property again! (We also really like renting with this rental agency - they are super courteous and helpful.
