Just a short walk from the DLR station, it's easy to reach Canary Wharf, the City, and central London in under 30 minutes, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
Nearby, you'll find the iconic ExCeL London exhibition centre, hosting world-class events year-round, and the Emirates Air Line cable car, offering breathtaking views as it glides across the Thames to the O2 Arena. For green spaces and riverside walks, the Royal Victoria Dock and Thames Barrier Park provide scenic retreats close by.
The area offers a great selection of dining and shopping options. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
