Hyrst Rise consists of a kitchen/diner with double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and breakfast bar for two, a dining room with dining seating for eight people, a sitting room with TV, and a snug. WiFi/internet access. Cot/crib available. The bedrooms consist of three king-size beds, and one king-size zip-link that can be configured as twin beds on request, serviced by a bathroom, shower room, and ground-floor shower room. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Hyrst Rise is a wonderful escape to East Sussex, whatever time of year. This property is designed for peaceful family holidays, walking breaks and
relaxing getaways. It is not suitable for parties, celebrations, late-night
entertaining, stag or hen groups, or guests intending to socialise into the
evening.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
After 10 p.m., guests must keep noise to an absolute minimum both inside
and outside the property. Please be aware that sound can travel easily in
this location and may disturb neighbouring homes.
If your group is planning a lively stay, late-night drinks, outdoor
entertaining, amplified music, or social gatherings extending into the
evening, Hyrst Rise is unlikely to be the right fit.
